How to Raise
To raise them, you will need a container, fresh mulberry leaves, and silkworm eggs.
The best container is a large plastic tub with a tight-fitting lid. Poke several small holes in the lid for ventilation. Fill the bottom of the container with fresh mulberry leaves. Gently place the eggs on top of the leaves. Replace the lid and keep it in a warm place away from direct sunlight.
Within a few days, tiny caterpillars will hatch from the eggs and begin to feed on the leaves. As they grow, they will spin cocoons around themselves. Allow them to complete their transformation into adult moths before releasing them outdoors.
